חברת ביו-פט בע"מ, מקבוצת מוצרי מעברות בע"מ, הוקמה בשנת 1972, והינה חלוצה בישראל בתחום ייצור מזון יבש לכלבים ולחתולים. במהלך השנים, הפכה החברה למובילה בישראל ורכשה הכרה בינלאומית לאיכות הגבוהה של המזון אותו היא מייצרת.
